Once registered, they can place pre‑orders instantly. A PO number is generated automatically.

When you sync products or import orders, the system uses CSV files sent by email. There is no direct query from the cloud to your PC, no open ports, no remote access.
Access requires physical presence
To open the Coral Soft Bake application, a user must sit at the authorized computer and log in with a username and password created inside the system. No remote login, no web‑based access to the local database.

For over five years, we served as the IT and software team for Rising Star Wholesale Bakery in Esquimalt, BC — managing everything from production tracking to compliance labeling. Our application wasn't sold to them; it was co-created with them, day by day, batch by batch.
On May 18, 2022, a fire destroyed their facility at 938 Devonshire Rd (Times Colonist, CHEK News). But the business didn't end.
We stood with the owners through reconstruction — not just emotionally, but technically. We rebuilt the entire digital backbone of the operation from backup, refined workflows, and prepared a new system ready for relaunch.
