🔔 How alerts work

One quiet email.
Before the day begins.

Every morning, before the ovens are on, we send a simple email telling your team what ran out and what's running low. No dashboards to check, no reports to open. Just the truth about your stock, delivered to your inbox.

The short version: once a day, our system reviews your stock levels and sends one email per bakery listing only what needs attention. If everything is fine, you hear nothing — and that's by design.

The idea in one picture

Think of it as a night watchman. He walks the shelves while everyone sleeps, writes down what's missing, and leaves a note on your desk. You don't need to stay up with him — the note is waiting when you arrive.

6:00 am before the day starts Quiet review stock levels checked Your inbox one email, one page 2 items OUT 5 items LOW Read in 30 sec All clear? The email simply doesn't arrive. Silence means you're fine. No noise · No clutter · No spam
Every morning: quiet review → one email with what matters → done. No dashboards, no logins.

What the email looks like

Every bakery gets its own email, branded with its own colors. It's short, focused, and built to be read in half a minute — during the first coffee, before the day begins.

Daily Stock Alert 6:00 am

Good morning. Two items are out of stock, five are running low.

Active Dry Yeast 0 kg · minimum 5 kg
Butter Unsalted 0 kg · minimum 25 kg
Bread Flour (AP) 42 kg · minimum 100 kg
Sea Salt Fine 18 kg · minimum 40 kg

A full spreadsheet is attached for anyone who wants the numbers. Have a good day.

What actually happens, step by step

1 The system reviews your stock

Before the bakery opens, our system quietly compares what you currently have against the minimum levels your team has set for each material. No one has to click anything — it just runs.

2 Only what needs attention is selected

Two categories matter here:

  • Out of stock — the shelf is empty, production may be affected today.
  • Running low — below your own minimum. Time to plan the next order.

Everything else — the healthy stock, the extras, the fresh lots — is deliberately left out. You only hear about what needs a decision.

3 One email per bakery, per day

The email is written, branded with your bakery's colors, and delivered to the address your team designated. If two bakeries are on the platform, they receive two completely separate emails — never mixed, never shared.

4 Silence means everything is fine

If nothing is out and nothing is low, the email is simply not sent. No "all clear" message cluttering your inbox. If you wake up and there's no alert, you know the shelves are in good shape.

5 The next day, it starts over

Once a material is restocked above its minimum, it drops off the list by itself. No action needed to "clear" it. The system follows your reality, not the other way around.

You know it worked when you glance at your phone during the first coffee and see exactly what to order today — in less time than it takes to finish the cup.

Why so simple

Most software tries to alert you about everything: logins, syncs, reports, KPIs, weekly summaries, monthly reviews. The result is that people stop reading them — including the ones that actually matter.

We went the other way. One alert. Once a day. Only what needs your attention. That's the whole design. It's the reason people actually read it.

✅ What the alert does

  • Tells you exactly what ran out
  • Tells you exactly what's running low
  • Shows the current quantity and your minimum
  • Arrives before your day begins
  • Disappears by itself once the problem is fixed
  • Stays quiet when nothing needs doing

🚫 What the alert never does

  • No dashboard to log into
  • No "click here to see more"
  • No upsells or marketing inside
  • No fake urgency
  • No daily spam when you're fine
  • No third parties copied on the message

Your data, your rules

The alert only knows what it needs to know: material names, current quantities, and your own minimum levels. That's it.

If you ever want it off: your admin can disable the daily email for your bakery in one click. No penalties, no "are you sure?" loops. It's your inbox.

The point

A bakery's day starts early, and the last thing anyone needs is another system begging for attention. The alert exists to do the opposite: work quietly in the background, speak only when it has something useful to say, and then get out of the way.

In one sentence: one short email, once a day, telling you only what needs a decision — nothing else. Beyond common sense, on purpose.
